Hospitality
While we are in the middle of building a new production space, for the moment you can find us only at the tasting room in Lambini. In the garden, under the big walnut tree, with the sound of the cicadas and a view of the mountains, you can taste our wines. So that we can plan properly, please book your appointment.
The tasting
The number of labels poured depends on what we have in bottle. You will taste between four and six. As we pour, we explain our story, the way we farm and the way we make the wine. Tasting time: about an hour.
The Cretan table
We pair the wines with the produce of the land: local graviera, handmade sourdough bread baked in a wood oven, tomato, cucumber and olive oil. Simple, generous and authentic, the way Cretan hospitality defines it.
